Child Cancer Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to manage our child cancer programme, providing vital support to families affected by the condition.
About the RoleThis is a challenging yet rewarding role, requiring strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have significant experience in social work, preferably in a related field, and be able to develop and implement programmes to meet the needs of children with cancer and their families.
Responsibilities- To lead the development and implementation of projects and programmes aimed at improving outcomes for children with cancer and their families.
- To provide clinical/administrative supervision to a team of social workers and assist them in crisis cases management.
- To work collaboratively with community partners and schools to provide support in the integration of children with cancer.
- Degree/Master in Social Work only.
- Registered Social Worker Accreditation.
- Minimum 5-10 years of direct practice experience.
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Experienced working with children and youths industry.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform social work administrative function.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
