Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Expert to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining office networks, routers, and wireless printers.

You will also provide basic IT assistance to internal employees, as well as design network solutions and set up company audio products, including speakers, TVs, multi-room systems, home theatres, and smart integrations.

Responsibilities include configuring networking, audio routing, and system controls, explaining them to clients, and working on layout drawings for clients. You will conduct pre-installation site checks to assess requirements for power, cabling, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure readiness.

You will document all installations and service visits in detail, including configurations and network setups.

Requirements and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience in working with network and Audio/Video installation.

Good knowledge of network, wifi/LAN, preferably familiar with UniFi / Pakedge, and Zendesk or other ticketing system is required.

Ad-hoc assignments may be assigned by the reporting manager.
