About the Role

As an Infrastructure Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale AI and HPC infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on how to optimize their infrastructure for AI and HPC workloads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient AI and HPC infrastructure solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on infrastructure optimization
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in AI and HPC infrastructure technologies
  • Work with internal teams to develop and deliver training programs for customers and partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure technical sales
  • Expertise in network design and topologies, including logical and physical networks
  • Knowledge of Infiniband and RoCE fabrics
  • Experience with infrastructure management, including Linux, Ethernet and IP networking, IPMI and RedFish
  • Hardware and workload performance tuning and optimization experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support customers in Thailand and South East Asia
  • Professional English language proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, container runtimes and cloud native stacks
  • Exposure to batch orchestrators such as SLURM
  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA systems and technologies, including Cumulus Linux, GPU and Network Operator, DCGM, Base Command Manager
  • Knowledge of DevOps/MLOps technologies
