Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled CNC/Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating offline CNC programs using UG NX 7.5/8.5/10 and above for Aerospace components. They will also be required to read and understand Engineering and Stage drawings, as well as possess a strong fundamental knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering.

In addition, the candidate will need to be proficient in simulation using Vericut software and have a basic understanding of Machine and Control building in Vericut. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating offline CNC programs using UG NX 7.5/8.5/10 and above for Aerospace components
  • Reading and understanding Engineering and Stage drawings
  • Possessing a strong fundamental knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering
  • Proficiency in simulation using Vericut software
  • Basic understanding of Machine and Control building in Vericit
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC programming and manufacturing engineering
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T symbols and their application
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
