Job Title:

CNC Manufacturing Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with experience in machining processes, fixture and gauge design, and CNC programming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop process plans and designs for fixtures and gauges
  • Manage quotations and programs
  • Apply Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies for continuous process improvements
  • Schedule and plan ERP systems

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in machining processes, fixture/gauge/tool design, and CNC programming
  • Excellent leadership skills, analytical thought process, effective communication and presentation skills

Benefits:

This position offers flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm.
