Job Title:

Main Operations Coordinator

The role of Main Operations Coordinator is to oversee the daily operations and activities for a hotel department. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of various tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. To oversee daily operations and activities for Hotel Department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Liaise with directors on planning and execution of tasks/projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  3. Liaise with HR Department for manpower planning and, if required, conduct interviews to ensure the right talent is hired.
  4. Assist HR & Director to develop and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency.
  5. Act as a communication conduit between management and staff, fostering open dialogue and resolving issues promptly.
  6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees, promoting a positive work environment.
  7. Attend to complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns promptly.
  8. Perform other duties assigned by Directors as necessary.

    Requirements:

    1. Able to work in islandwide locations, including multiple sites daily.
    2. Able to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, as needed.
    3. At least 2-3 years' relevant experience in a similar role.
    4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
