Requirements and Skills
  • Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant General Manager.
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, such as OpenTable and PeachWorks.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills to manage and motivate staff.
  • Acute financial management skills to control costs and optimize resources.
