Job Title: Associate Learner Experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Corporate Learning Centre as an Associate Learner Experience. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Associate Learner Experience, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating logistics and resources for training courses, including venue setup, IT equipment, and training materials.
- Supporting course managers with course creation and registration in our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Booking venues and allocating IT resources for upcoming courses.
- Ensuring timely and smooth operations, including resolving any ad-hoc issues that may arise during courses.
- Collating Course Evaluation Questionnaire (CEQ) scores and attendance lists.
- Liaising with Course Managers and Finance for invoice creation.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably in HR and/or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
- Prior experience in Learning and Development, administration, and/or coordination functions would be advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Suite, and prior experience using Success Factors Learning Management System would be advantageous.
- Able to communicate clearly in written English.
- Able to work independently and adhere to specified deadlines.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage stakeholders and business users.
