About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work on diverse software systems, including general ledger, account payable and receivable procedures, and ERP systems (Workday).
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and processing of standard accounting entries, and prepare, monitor and oversee account analysis (balance sheet accounts, e.g., deferred income, clearing, etc.).
• Project accounting on school extension, manage fixed assets accounting module, and reconcile with general ledger.
• Manage bank reconciliation of all bank accounts, prepare and monitor AR and AP entries accounting in relation to bank reconciliation, and maintain and monitor bank accounts daily.
• Assist in the preparation and collation of annual audit/closing schedules and documentation & queries, and contribute to the implementation and improvement of ERP systems (Workday) and processes for quality of processes and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• CPA or degree holder in accountancy or finance
• Knowledge of general ledger and account payable and receivable procedures
• Advance proficiency in Workday ERP
• Advance proficiency in Word and Excel, including Excel pivot tables, Vlookup,
