Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will lead the creation of a Change Strategy and Plan, develop stakeholder engagement plans, design and execute change management initiatives. This includes planning and designing communications interventions, enabling training upskilling of people impacted by change, and coaching product teams for successful change adoption.

  • Conduct change impact analyses, analyze stakeholders, design various change management initiatives, and drive change adoption.
  • Build relationships through leadership engagement and collaborative dialogue with product teams/leaders to align project objectives, key messages, and desired behavior shifts.
  • Maintain regular touchpoints featuring interdependence with Enterprise Architect teams and other stakeholders to foster close cross-team collaboration and alignment.
  • Develop an understanding of business/users level of understanding on product management and operating model, facilitating business and people readiness for smooth product management and operating model adoption.
  • Have knowledge/experience of Talent & Organisation capabilities including large scale transformation and capabilities, operating model and organization design, talent strategy and development, leadership, culture, and behavioral change.
  • Prepare and facilitate roadshow engagements with various stakeholders as part of change management plans.
  • Develop workforce transformation and co-delivery augmentation strategies, providing advisory services on talent management activities for the Transformation Programme Office.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The candidate should possess:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Change Management work.
  • Relevant Change Management Industry Certification (e.g., ACMP, PROSCI) is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in related areas such as Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g., Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness).
  • Worked on projects in the public services industry for large-scale transformation projects.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance, risk, or challenges, supporting actionable plans.
  • Strong functional knowledge and good understanding of transformation projects, specifically focusing on modernization of core business legacy systems (e.g., Mainframe technologies).
  • Thrive in collaborative work in a diverse team and agile technology-driven environment but also able to work independently.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with problem-solving and design thinking skills.
  • Strong capabilities in designing and implementing capability development programs to support workforce transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in Cloud adoption strategies or SaaS adoption methodologies is advantageous.
