Maintenance and Installation Specialist

This is a key role within our organization responsible for ensuring that all maintenance and installation works are carried out to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the entire process, from planning and execution to completion and handover.
- To ensure that all maintenance and installation works are carried out in accordance with approved plans and specifications.
- To monitor progress and take corrective action where necessary to ensure that work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- To provide guidance and support to staff members as needed, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance and Installation Coordinator in a similar industry.
- Familiarity with relevant local regulations and standards.
Desirable Skills:
- BIM (Building Information Modelling)
- AUTO CAD
- Electrical Engineering
- Compliance
Able to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential.
