Installation and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Installation and Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, repairing, and maintaining company products and components at customer locations.
- Install, commission, repair, and maintain company products and components in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Provide high-quality service and technical support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding technical issues and concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to secure service orders and promote new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver product training sessions to customers to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager to meet business objectives.
- Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrates integrity, discipline, and self-motivation to achieve results-oriented goals.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
