About the Role

As an Event Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative and driving engagement across Southeast Asia (SEA). This role requires close collaboration with senior leadership and sales consultants to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses events, sponsorships, branding, digital marketing, and partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include planning and executing strategic events, sponsorships, and client engagement programs to strengthen relationships. You will also be responsible for managing client onboarding programs, loyalty initiatives, and relationship programs to ensure seamless execution.

An essential aspect of this role is working closely with PR agencies, media, and industry publications on press releases, media briefings, and thought leadership content. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility & market positioning.

Other critical duties include overseeing the creation of brochures, corporate gifts, digital and printed marketing materials. Crafting compelling pitch decks to support sales teams and building relationships with referral partners, financial institutions, and key stakeholders are also vital tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in marketing, branding, events, or communications
  • Experience conducting high-profile events & sponsorships
  • Proven record of managing PR & Media agency relationships
  • Strong relationship management skills; able to engage internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience speaking with participants at events and representing the company & brand
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Expert at crafting compelling pitch decks in Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling marketing messages
  • Ability to travel regularly (30% of time) for events in the region
  • Strong Proficiency in at least business-level Mandarin for effective internal & external stakeholder communication and business correspondence
