You will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and approving shield claims within service turnaround time, while ensuring that the output is accurate and compliant to internal policy and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, assess, and approve shield claims within service turnaround time
  • Ensure the output is accurate and compliant to internal policy and regulatory requirements
  • Attend to claims investigations, service recovery, and enquiry
  • Attend to medical clarification with hospitals and clinics
  • Involve in projects assigned by supervisor
  • Provide quality customer service including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

You will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and contribute to the growth and success of the team. We are looking for a skilled Life & Health claims assessor with a strong command of the English language (spoken and written) and familiarity with human anatomy, general diseases, and disease management.
