Pastry Chef Position

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and produce high-quality pastries, viennoiseries, and other baked goods following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all food items are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the pastry team to innovate and introduce new products, contributing to menu development.
  • Manage inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
  • Support senior chefs in daily operations, including mise en place and other preparatory tasks.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or certification in Patisserie or Bakery is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with baking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for producing high-quality baked goods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business needs, including working shifts as required.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
