We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong administrative and accounting knowledge.


About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with clients, preparing related documents, and handling day-to-day administrative and accounting duties. The successful candidate will also be required to handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with clients about service appointments and preparing related documents
  • Handling day-to-day administrative and accounting duties
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Professional Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in any field
  • At least 2 years of working experience
  • Experience in MYOB / ABSS will be an advantage

Benefits:
