Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a portfolio of artists and talents, identifying new business opportunities and executing successful branded campaigns.
  2. Foster relationships with talent, negotiate favorable terms for collaborations and partnerships, and ensure seamless coordination of shoots, events, and other professional commitments.
  3. Oversee the execution of branded campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives while maintaining the talent's creative integrity.
  4. Support talent in optimizing their content strategy, social media presence, and audience engagement.
  5. Develop long-term strategies to maximize talent potential across digital, live, and media platforms.
  6. Manage talent calendars, ensuring seamless coordination of shoots, events, and other professional commitments.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including brands, agencies, PR firms, and production teams.
  8. Communicate with media, PR, and commercial contacts to manage inquiries on behalf of talent efficiently.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and the evolving creator economy to leverage new opportunities.
  10. Address challenges or disagreements professionally, ensuring win-win solutions for all parties involved.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, with proven experience in artist/talent management or an agency environment. Strong understanding of the influencer and entertainment industry, including social media trends and brand partnerships. Hands-on experience with contract negotiation and brand deal structuring. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with talent and industry stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines. Knowledge of SEO, social media best practices, and CRM software (preferred). Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.
