Bridal Stylist & Sales Expert

We are seeking a skilled Bridal Stylist and Sales Expert to join our team. As a key player in our luxury bridal boutique, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales revenue.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-end clients, provide personalized styling advice, and manage the end-to-end bridal journey. You will be working closely with brides and their families to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver private consultations and fittings, providing personalized luxury styling advice
  • Manage the end-to-end bridal journey: multiple touchpoints, follow-ups, and nurturing until closing
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets & boutique KPIs
  • Provide solution-based recommendations tailored to each bride's style, needs, and family dynamics
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7-10 years' proven sales experience in consultative, high-value sales (bridal, beauty aesthetics, spa, luxury fashion, interior design, or high-end services)
  • Strong customer service background with the ability to build trust quickly and manage emotional, high-stakes decisions
  • Passion for fashion, couture styling, and creating unforgettable experiences
  • Target-driven, resilient, and motivated by performance and commission
