Identity Management Service Lead Role Overview

About the Position:

  • We are seeking an experienced Identity Management Service Lead to spearhead a large-scale identity transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment, planning, and execution of identity modernization activities across multiple accounts.
  • Implement and streamline identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.
  • Configure and manage CyberArk Privileged Access Management and SailPoint Identity Governance to address operational and compliance gaps.
  • Partner with IT, Security, and Business stakeholders for alignment and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide expert guidance on risk mitigation, security best practices, and IAM optimization.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams for sustainability post-engagement.
  • Contribute to planning and strategy for subsequent phases of IAM transformation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise IAM experience, with proven hands-on expertise in CyberArk and SailPoint.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering IAM projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong technical background in identity governance and privileged access management.
  • Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to IAM.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
