Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and implement a continuous improvement agenda. Your responsibilities include partnering with operations to identify and execute value-enhancing opportunities.

Through continuous improvement efforts, you will be accountable for delivering on productivity targets, enhancing productivity in core finance accounts, and reducing inefficiencies in named accounts.

Program managing the deployment of digital solutions in prioritized accounts within the vertical will be a crucial aspect of your role.

You will also be tasked with identifying digital use cases and aligning resources to ensure stability in significant wins.

Your role will involve de-risking operations through the implementation of risk management frameworks. You will orchestrate operational excellence, governance, and transformation rigor to optimize short-term improvements and create long-term value.

Additionally, you will take ownership of agreed-upon transformation initiatives by collaborating with business and regional leadership.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A growth-oriented leader with extensive experience in Lean and Digital Transformation within reputable organizations.
  • Intellectual agility and curiosity to bring insightful perspectives and innovative approaches to discussions.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing delivery, operations, or teams, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong abilities to engage with senior leaders, build internal networks, and deliver impactful programs in complex environments.
  • Decisiveness and comfort in navigating ambiguity and taking calculated risks.
  • High level of digital acumen and consultative selling skills.
