The Community Care Associate will work closely with our Senior/Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality healthcare services to our clients in Senja and Tampines Care Home. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in providing basic nursing and general care needs to clients

  • Work with nurses to maintain a safe and clean environment

Requirements
  • GCE N level
  • Preferably attained training in WSQ Higher Cert in Healthcare Support (Nursing Care) or ITE Approved Training Centre Healthcare (Home Care) program
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to converse in major dialects
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • At least 1 year of experience in rehab services, nursing homes, or community care settings
