Job Title: Digital Loyalty Product Specialist

\

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the development and enhancement of digital loyalty products in our ecosystem.

\

The successful candidate will have a strong background in system/product development, cloud computing or related disciplines, with excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

\

Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Supporting the development and enhancement of digital loyalty products including change management, UI/UX review, training and deployment.\
  • Managing e-Voucher operations including orders, fulfillment, reporting and reconciliation.\
  • Developing training materials and conducting sessions to improve tenant and frontline staff effectiveness.\
  • Managing user access for Rewards portals and terminals ensuring smooth operational support.\
  • Providing technical expertise to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.\\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • Diploma or degree in system/product development, cloud computing or related discipline.\
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in a related role is an advantage.\
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms e.g. AWS and intermediate MS Office skills.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.\
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.\\
