Job Title: Landscape Manager

We are seeking an experienced landscape manager to join our team. As a landscape manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of sustainable landscape solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape management, with a strong understanding of horticulture and environmental sustainability.
  • You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating logistics and resources effectively.
  • Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality results while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • In addition to project management, you will also be involved in staff training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Landscape Management
  • Design and implement sustainable landscape solutions that balance aesthetics with functionality.
  • Manage site visits, conduct tender show rounds, and assess landscape requirements.
  • Prepare quotes and maintenance reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate work orders with the ground crew, prioritizing tasks and optimizing workflow.
Project Coordination
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating logistics and resources effectively.
  • Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Liaise with customers to understand project requirements and progress.
Training and Development
  • Provide on-the-job training programs for new crew members, focusing on skill development and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in landscape management.
