About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual to fill the position of Strata Management Property Executive. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of residential properties under your care. Your main responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections, managing relationships with contractors, developing strategies to prevent maintenance issues, and collaborating with tenants and residents to address their concerns. If you have a proven track record of success in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily maintenance and operations of assigned properties.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent maintenance issues and improve overall property performance.
  • Collaborate with tenants and residents to address their concerns and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, managing residential and/or mixed development properties.
  • Higher NITEC in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Familiarity with the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) is an advantage but not essential.
