Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist

Job Description:
As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional end-user support, resolving technical issues and delivering solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1, 2, and 3 support for desktop operating systems, applications, and hardware
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through direct user support or projects that deliver changes to the end-user environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in all phases of desktop operating system support, implementation, and maintenance
- Proficient in supporting Windows 7 desktop environments and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
