Operations ManagementJob Description

This role oversees the maintenance and enhancement of our cleaning operations, focusing on service quality. The ideal candidate will plan schedules, attend meetings, train staff, manage supplies, and oversee equipment maintenance.

  • Coordinate, lead, and monitor the cleaning operations across our portfolio.
  • Will require occasional onsite presence.
  • Ensure site supervisors effectively manage ground operations across all required areas.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess cleanliness standards, implement quality improvements, and adapt to clients' evolving needs.
  • Plan and deliver schedules for specific needs, utilizing available manpower and equipment.
  • Engage in meetings with key personnel as needed.
  • Provide training to new staff on cleaning standards, quality expectations, health and safety requirements, and equipment handling.
  • Maintain accurate records of ground staff working hours to verify overtime completion.
  • Manage infotech and 4insite within the assigned portfolio.
  • Oversee cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely stock replenishment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Experience in the cleaning and facilities management industry.
  • A keen eye for details and meticulousness.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
  • A valid Singapore driving license is advantageous.
  • Location: Islandwide.
  • Working Days: 5.5 days per week.
  • Working hours: 7am to 4pm and 7am to 12noon OR as required based on operational needs.
