Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Lab Technician to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for accurately compounding repeat flavors within deadlines, coordinating with the Flavorist and Regulatory Affairs to ensure samples meet standards, and maintaining a list of standard samples, including for the flavor bank/library.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compound repeat flavors accurately and within deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the Flavorist and Regulatory Affairs to ensure samples meet standards.
  • Request raw materials from production/warehouse and suppliers for compounding.
  • Maintain a list of standard samples, including for the flavor bank/library.
  • Follow and support all quality, safety, and environmental procedures and legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Food Science or relevant courses.
