Job Title: Sales Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide administrative support to our sales team. This role is focused on delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for general purchasing administration, including processing RFQs, checking order received, and processing orders.
- They will identify potential suppliers, negotiate better prices and delivery, and process purchase orders to suppliers while monitoring shipments.
- Responsibilities also include performing goods received checks, QC checks, and inventory recording, as well as generating delivery orders and invoices to customers.
- The ideal candidate will compile GST data, handle payments to suppliers, and manage receivables from customers.
- They will record inventory for incoming and outgoing orders and prepare monthly reports.
Requirements:
- A minimum of admin experience is required.
