The Strategic Planning team at the Singapore Tourism Board is seeking a highly motivated officer to join their dynamic team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in charting the future of the tourism sector by identifying opportunities, risks, and formulating mid- to long-term strategies. This involves working closely with internal business units to develop short- to mid-term workplans and driving the direction of the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the corporate planning cycle, including the renewal of Board members, annual appreciation events, and planning the pipeline of papers to be tabled at Board meetings. Additionally, you will organize key meeting platforms for STB business units to formulate their workplans in the year ahead and ensure alignment across teams.
Key Relationships:
You will engage across all business teams within STB, developing a keen understanding of the tourism landscape and its operating environment. You will also work closely with MTI and other government agencies, learning more about their work and how it integrates to further Singapore's economic development.
