About Signature Experiences
Disney Signature Experiences (DSE) is a segment of Disney Experiences offering family travel and leisure experiences beyond theme parks. The Group, Events & Services Team under DSE focuses on planning, executing, and coordinating premier experiences for contracted groups, marketing & media events, special services, VIPs, and weddings for Disney Cruise Line and A&E.

The Role
This role is responsible for managing and servicing large, complex groups and events as the primary point of contact for DSE Marketing and Fulfillment clients. Collaboration with various teams across Disney Signature Experiences and DX organization is crucial. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, payments, and mentoring Cast members. A minimum of 6 years of experience in group/event planning and execution in the travel industry is required, along with 3 years of team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
