Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to lead our construction and renovation projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing full project cycles, from tender to completion, with a strong background in Singapore's construction industry.

  1. Manage small-scale construction, renovation, A&A, and HIP projects from inception to completion.
  2. Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately.
  3. Prepare and submit tenders through GeBiz, SAP Business Network, and Ariba platforms.
  4. Review tender documents, scope, and terms to ensure timely submissions.
  5. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers effectively.
  6. Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for optimal pricing.
  7. Conduct thorough costing, budgeting, and progress forecasting for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  8. Handle all project documentation and contracts.
  9. Monitor site progress to ensure timely completion within scope and budget.
  10. Oversee and manage the site team to achieve project objectives.
  11. Attend site meetings, inspections, and resolve site issues proactively to minimize delays.
  12. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, BCA requirements, and other relevant standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, renovation, and/or A&A projects in Singapore.
  • Proven experience in handling project tenders and submissions.
  • Valid Class 3 Singapore driving license.
  • Familiarity with platforms like GeBIZ, SAP Business Network, and Ariba.
  • Able to read and interpret architectural drawings and construction documents.
  • Valid certifications such as CSOC, BCSS, or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing foreign workers and resolving site conflicts.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
