Manufacturing Operations Director

A pivotal role in our organization, the Manufacturing Operations Director will oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles.

The following are key responsibilities for this position:

  • Management of production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Monitoring of production processes to implement process improvements and enhance productivity
  • Supervision of production staff to ensure they have necessary training and resources
  • Maintenance of proper storage conditions to prevent contamination and spoilage

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Singapore Food Safety regulations through regular audits and inspections.
