The successful candidate will deliver actionable insights that enhance the student and stakeholder experience across our organization. This role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and visualizing customer experience data to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Key Responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and maintaining regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
- Actively identifying data sources and owners and collecting, cleaning, validating, and modeling data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Combining and normalizing datasets across multiple sources.
- Analyzing marketing, sales, and customer experience performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with specialists in the group to accelerate learning, development, and implementation.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
