Job Overview

As an Oracle EPM specialist, you will work closely with clients in the Greater China market to implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex corporate financial processes into well-designed Oracle EPM applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and configure Oracle EPM applications, including data integrations, business rules, and reporting.
  • Communicate project status and technical concepts to stakeholders.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Business fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese for client liaison.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (PBCS/EPBCS).
  • Understanding of core corporate FP&A processes and financial principles.
  • Experience analyzing requirements, conducting tests, and supporting business users.

Preferred Attributes & Skills:

  • Professional experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or similar environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
