Job Description

  • To conduct interviews with migrant domestic workers in their native language, as needed, to understand their employment and welfare conditions.
  • Provide support or guidance on employment-related matters (both for MDWs and employers).
  • Report any infringements of employment and welfare to the relevant authorities.
  • Record interview responses using a custom-designed platform, and compile reports.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, contacting employers about missed interviews, preparing documents, data entry, photocopying and collating.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the organisation or supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Escalate non-compliance to the relevant authorities.

  • Perform various administrative tasks.

Contract Information:

  • 2-year contract (renewable and convertible).

Location and Working Hours:

  • Woodlands, Tampines, Pasir Panjang (with possible travel to other locations).
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6pm.

Salary:

">
  • Up to $2800 + benefits (total 15 months).

Requirements:

">
  • Min. N level or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related role (e.g., receptionist, office administrator, customer service officer).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to converse in TAGALOG/HINDI for client communication.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Service-oriented attitude for frontline roles.
