Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer to oversee the coordination of site operations, manage project progress, and ensure that quality goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with consultants on daily activities, monthly claims, site inspections, testing, and discussions.
  • Plan and monitor work progress, prepare master programs, construction sequences, method statements, and drawings discrepancies for client review.
  • Handle technical feedback, suggestions, and engineering problems on site.
  • Coordinate internally with inter-departments and externally with clients and consultants.
  • Submit monthly project reports, cash flow updates, and extend time requests as necessary.
  • Attend management meetings and raise issues requiring solutions on-site.
  • Oversee construction at the site to meet project progress and quality goals.
  • Prepare monthly works done calculations and ensure project schedules and cost controls are met.
  • Supervise site projects, operations, functions, and requirements, coordinating manpower mobilization, material planning, and ordering.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers on project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control in accordance with authority requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
