Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor students during practical learning activities to enhance their technical problem-solving skills.
  • Support research and industrial project work undertaken by the university to promote applied learning and applied research efforts.
  • Work with the faculty in designing, planning, and the continuous development of laboratory facilities designated for teaching and research activities in the area.
  • Carry out Risk Assessment and ensure compliance with Work, Safety, and Health Regulations.
  • Coordinate procurement and liaison with vendors/suppliers.
  • Work independently, as well as within a team, to ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Collaborate with industry in innovation projects to enhance clinical care innovation and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Possess clinical experience and competence in physiotherapy.
  • Have at least 15 years of work experience in the acute/community/other clinical rehabilitation setting.
  • Have a degree from a recognized University in Physiotherapy.
  • AHPC Certified.
  • Knowledge and experience in working with simulated healthcare institutions and community environments and educational manikins will be advantageous.
