Technical Lead for Enterprise Payment Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team responsible for the development and maintenance of a global payment authorization application. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise-level application architecture, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities.


Job Responsibilities:

This role involves close collaboration with development, testing, and production support teams, as well as critical departments within the organization. As a rigorous technical lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable payment processing systems
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective solutions
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing applications to meet evolving business needs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the Credit Cards domain, with expertise in Network compliance, Wallets, Virtual Cards, Tokens, and associated key management
  • Strong technical knowledge of the Credit Cards ecosystem and processing, with an in-depth understanding of Authorization processing
  • Advanced mainframe technical skills including COBOL, JCL, CICS, MVS, DB2, ZOS Connect, ICSF, and various debugging tools
  • Effective project management, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities
