Job Title: Business Growth Driver

This is a highly rewarding role for individuals who enjoy driving business growth and profitability.


About the Role:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating new development activities at customer accounts worldwide.

You will drive business strategies to meet key growth and profitability goals by making strategic pricing decisions.

Manage global pricing issues by working with various entities on pricing contracts, profit splits, and other strategic pricing decisions.

Coordinate global customer manufacturing, delivery, and quality performance programs, and assist as required.

Stay current on driving technologies at assigned accounts and develop strategies to match those technologies.

Participate in establishing annual and long-term business plans to ensure market share and profitability achieve the company's goals.

Prepare forecast reports and contract analysis, track performance to plan, and report on worldwide performance results.

B wherein stron relationships with key individuals throughout the customer's organization.

May have direct or indirect supervisory responsibility.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of sales engineering principles and practices.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team is also necessary.

A strong analytical and problem-solving skillset is required.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite is mandatory.


Travel Requirements:

May require travel to customer sites worldwide.
