Financial Operations Specialist

This is a pivotal role within the organization, contributing to financial stability and liquidity. The Financial Operations Specialist ensures timely delivery of Accounts Receivable operations, adhering to agreed KPIs and SLAs.

  • Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations, optimizing cash flow and minimizing credit risk.
  • Own and maintain AR subledger accounts, with full accountability for accurate reconciliation and proactive management of overdue receivables.
  • Drive effective credit control and collection strategies, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, financial expertise, and resilience, making a significant impact in the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage service billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor client balances closely, reducing aged receivables through regular communication and collection follow-up.
  • Prepare and present detailed monthly credit and collection reports to management and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee client onboarding, credit term setting, contract management, and ERP system maintenance for AR activities.
