Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project activities and ensuring they are completed on time. This role requires an organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans based on requirements from stakeholders.
  • Create, manage, and track project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
  • Integrate subcontractors' project schedules into contractors' P6 and upload them to the system via the lead planner.
  • Monitor and update project schedules, ensuring accurate reflection of project progress and any changes.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning


• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocations, to support project execution.

2. Schedule Management


• Prepare, implement, and manage project schedules with resources by integrating inter-discipline requirements.

3. Progress Monitoring and Control


• Track and control project progress on major deliverables such as procedures, designs, drawings, materials, manpower, equipment, and work hours.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting


• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into project progress and performance.

5. Stakeholder Communication


• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.

6. Documentation and Records Management


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and meeting minutes.

7. Continuous Improvement


• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project planning and scheduling efficiency.
