Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Content Manager to join our team. As a key member of our content strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that align with business goals and client objectives. Your expertise will help us create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our audience across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Experience Team to develop and implement content strategies that align with business and client goals.
  • Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content for various digital platforms (websites, social media, blogs, emails, etc.), ensuring consistency in messaging and tone.
  • Manage content production workflows, timelines, and deliverables, working cross-functionally with designers, copywriters, and developers.
  • Optimize content for search engines and ensure it drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements:
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in content creation and management or similar capacity, preferably within a creative agency or marketing communications environment.
  • Proven track record of effective content marketing for major brands/clients.
  • Experience with digital and social listening and measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search analytics, Socialbakers, Locowise, Netbase, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Crimson Hexagon) to derive insights or conduct performance reporting and optimization.
