FP GLOBAL PTE. LTD., a leading private equity firm headquartered in Singapore, seeks a highly skilled Fund Administration Manager to join its expanding team. The company has established itself as a trusted partner in the regional mid-market private equity landscape.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead all aspects of fund administration and fund accounting. As part of our expansion plans, this role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare fund accounts, financial statements, client reports, and partner capital statements.
- Liaise with external service providers, including auditors, fund administrators, tax agents, and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Monitor monthly cash balances of the funds and process invoices and transactions related to the funds.
- Prepare fund expense budgets and support deal structuring and execution.
- Review the valuation of funds and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent, and/or a professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fund administration or fund accounting in Private Equity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Estimated Salary: SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum
