Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our store design and architectural implementation across all physical retail brands.

  • Manage the execution of store layouts, fixture development, and vendor/partner maintenance to ensure seamless brand experiences.
  • Partner with Physical Retail teams to integrate design elements that support marketing, merchandising, store operations, and IT initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test fits for new locations.
  • Oversee initial and ongoing design elements such as fixturing, lighting, and store design based on key business insights.
  • Support Senior Managers in developing project management timelines and communications to stakeholders.
  • Foster vendor relationships, including contracts and budgets, with a focus on onboarding and RFP experience.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in retail design, store planning, or architectural project management, with a focus on store design and project management.
  • Degree in architecture, interior design, or industrial design is preferred.
  • Strong skills in fixture design, procurement, and ongoing fixture program maintenance, as well as business management and organizational abilities.
