About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Producer to join our team at VIVID MEDIA PTE. LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from conceptualization to delivery.

Your primary focus will be on managing and executing media projects, working closely with our team members to achieve project objectives, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.

We are looking for someone with excellent planning and organizational skills, a positive attitude towards problem-solving, and a keen interest in the media industry. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and are able to use initiative and common sense to find solutions to problems, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pitch, secure, manage, and execute media projects from start to finish
  • Work closely with team members to achieve project objectives
  • Pre-production and storyboarding for productions
  • Plan and manage production schedule and budget
  • Digital file management and other administrative tasks
  • Be out and about wherever projects take you
Requirements
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude towards problem-solving
  • Keen interest in the media industry
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Able to use initiative and common sense to find solutions to problems
  • Candidates from Mass Comm, Film & Media/Comms courses are preferred
