Chief Biotechnology Associate

The Biotechnology Specialist plays a pivotal role in our manufacturing setting and Research and Development environment. Key responsibilities include performing well-defined procedures, equipment monitoring, basic housekeeping, laboratory testing, and clean room sanitization tasks.
- Perform laboratory testing (e.g. pH/conductivity/cell density/viability, mycoplasma, PCR test, and flow cytometry) to ensure high-quality results.
- Support the development of protocols for validation runs and studies, including preparation, execution, and summary reports.
- Contribute to process development by creating scalable processes that enhance product yield and reduce manufacturing system costs.
- Participate in internal and external audits to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Assist the facilities engineering team in performing maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of instrumentation.
