Sharepoint Developer and Architect

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Sharepoint solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and developing custom Sharepoint solutions using various technologies such as SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

  2. Maintaining and supporting existing Sharepoint farms, including third-party tools and software deployed.

  3. Providing technical support to users and stakeholders on Sharepoint Online features and functionality.

  4. Collaborating with internal teams to align Sharepoint functionality with business goals and objectives.

  5. Ensuring system compliance with relevant IT security policies, standards, and audit requirements.

  6. Developing and delivering training documentation and user manuals related to business processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

  • Certification in Sharepoint System Administration and/or Sharepoint Development.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.

  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Sharepoint services, farm topology, branding, design, and development platforms.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Sharepoint functionality and customization capabilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, Windows and SQL Servers, and Microsoft Azure.

  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell scripting (MS Online, PnP PowerShell), and basic Microsoft Graph API usage.

  • Knowledge of best practices for maintaining information security within Sharepoint.

  • Ability to think creatively to implement custom solutions using Sharepoint.

  • Strong development background in Sharepoint Online and Power Platform; proficiency in Windows PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, SPO PowerShell; experience with SPFx, PlumSail Form Designer, C# with .NET Core / .NET 8+, and Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.

  • Advanced certification in Sharepoint System Administration and/or Sharepoint Development.

  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.

  • In-depth knowledge of Sharepoint services, farm topology, branding, design, and development platforms.

  • Extensive experience with Sharepoint customization and development.

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, Windows and SQL Servers, and Microsoft Azure.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, PowerShell scripting (MS Online, PnP PowerShell), and Microsoft Graph API.
