Job Overview

As a seasoned Subsea Cable Mould Manager, you will lead our daily injection moulding operations to fabricate bespoke subsea cables and assemblies. Your expertise in production processes, quality control, and stock management will be essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the fabrication of bespoke subsea cables and assemblies using hot press injection moulding machines.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and efficiency; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage stock levels of Subsea Connectors & Cables, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing waste.
  • Liaise with suppliers to maintain a seamless supply chain process and optimize stock management.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain high housekeeping standards within our facility.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience working with Hot Press Injection Molding Machines to produce subsea cables and assemblies.
  • Added experience working with subsea equipment will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • In-depth understanding of various types of subsea connectors and cables.
