Quality Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and implement Quality Management System standards, Environment, Health, and Safety SOPs, and Manuals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Verify adherence to industry standards and regulations through audits and inspections, and facilitate corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with assigned Principal Maintenance Inspector for approvals, certifications, and audit certifications.
  • Conduct internal quality audits, external vendor QMS audits, and manage vendor qualification into the Approved Vendor List to guarantee supplier reliability.
  • Lead assigned customer audits and ensure quality and safety of assigned workshops.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and warranty issues to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing quality management procedures to enhance overall performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems in the aerospace industry.
  • Qualified Auditor certification required.
