Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

This role focuses on delivering daily mechanical and electrical operations within a building.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Performing routine inspections, maintenance tasks and repairs.
  • Assisting in annual shutdown procedures to ensure continuity of service.
  • Interpreting single-line drawings for efficient operations.
  • Exercising self-motivation and initiative in task management.
  • Utilizing computer skills for job-related activities such as data entry, record keeping, and software applications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in similar roles is required.
  • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with a proven track record of productivity and efficiency.
  • Able to handle annual shutdowns and perform daily M&E operations.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting single-line drawings.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in software applications are preferred.
